While the Samsung Galaxy A21s has been the subject of several varied and detailed leaks over the past few months, the mobile phone manufacturer has now broken its silence and officially confirmed that the device will be hitting our shelves soon.
From a design perspective, the A21s may seem incredibly similar to the original Samsung Galaxy A21 – however, look closer and you’ll see that the new version features a clearer camera setup, more powerful RAM options and a longer-lasting 5,000 mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy A21s is constructed around a 6.5” HD+ Infinity-O display. Lovers of selfies will be pleased to find that it features a 13MP front-facing camera with a 20:9 aspect ratio. On the back, there’s a 48MP main camera with an incredible 8MP ultra-wide snapper and a couple of 2MP modules – one for macro shots, and another for depth data.
The back of the phone also features a fingerprint scanner for additional security, which can be used to unlock the device instead of a PIN code.
Technical specs
There’s some serious power packed under the hood of the Samsung Galaxy A21s. An octa-core CPU which is clocked at 2.0 GHz combines with RAM options of 3GB, 4GB or 6GB. Users will also have the option of 32GB or 64GB of expandable storage.
The A21s uses OneUI Core atop Android 10, which makes for a rapid and seamless operational experience. For a phone with a relatively low price-tag (it is expected to retail at around £179), it’s fair to say that the Samsung Galaxy A21s offers an incredibly smooth user experience.

The Samsung Galaxy A21s is available in four colour choices: red, white, black and blue. The device will be available to purchase from June 19, 2020.
